Arachne's Web is a Group at Ancient Worlds whose object is "to share with our community the knowledge of HTML, CSS, web design, home decoration, graphic design, java scripting, flash and all current coding techniques".  They are, therefore, a source of knowledge and expertise in these areas and you may well find there the answer to the more technical coding questions that are not dealt with in this Guide.
